Lakeside Estates North Subdivision is located in Green Oak Township on 10 Mile Rd east of Rushton Rd. We are conveniently located near Brummer Elementary. This quiet, gorgeous subdivision has been established for nearly 20 years. Some of our 103 homes are nestled into wetland areas or back up to Nichwagh Lake. With lot sizes ranging from 1/2 to 2 acres. All the homes have access to Nichwagh Lake. We are a family friendly neighborhood that has grown to be a great place to live and call home.
Our commons area has been newly renovated. Along with our new pavilion, it's a great place for a peaceful lunch or a neighborhood gathering. With direct access to Nichwagh Lake it would make for a fun day of fishing and boating. This lake is a no wake lake which makes it great for fishing, kayaking and any other trolling motor boat. This area can be used year around and is great for ice fishing and skating in the winter.
Lakeside Estates North is just two miles from a quaint downtown South Lyon area. South Lyon is filled with small shops, great restaurants and the Historical Witches Hat train station. Throughout the year South Lyon has many activities for families but the highlights are the Saturday morning Farmers Market in the summer, their annual Pumpkin Festival and parade in the fall and the Cool Yule Festival in December. One of the best things about Lakeside Estates North is that we are minutes from US23 and I-96. This makes a trip to Brighton, Ann Arbor, Milford and Novi just minutes away. We are also conviently located near Kensington Metro Park, Island Lake and Hudson Mills.
